How do the credits work?
At the start of your subscription you receive two credits. Each credit equals one blood test of your choice, for a test valued up to € 130. You decide when and for what you use them.
Do my credits expire at the end of the year?
No, the credits have no fixed expiry date. As long as your subscription is active, unused credits remain available. So you do not lose them if you skip a test one year.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. The subscription runs per year and you may cancel at any time before the next renewal. Your credits and discount remain valid until the end of the paid period.
How does the 15% discount work?
As soon as you are a member, the discount is applied automatically to every additional blood test and every individual biomarker you order. You do not need to enter a code.
Where and how is my blood collected?
There is no home test. You book an appointment at one of our collection points near you; there a staff member draws your blood and the laboratory processes your sample.
